What happens in the initial consultation?
The initial consultation lasts 40 minutes and costs € 35. We clarify your concern, your expectations and whether my way of working fits you. We then decide together whether further work makes sense.
How do sessions take place?
Our work takes place online. Individual sessions can be by video or text; couples, families and groups work by video.
What are the fees?
The fee depends on the format: individual, couples, family or group sessions. All prices are listed under Process and fees.
Can insurance reimburse the fees?
German statutory health insurance generally does not reimburse treatment by a Heilpraktiker restricted to psychotherapy. Private insurance or Beihilfe may reimburse costs depending on the tariff. Please clarify this directly with your payer before starting.
What happens if I cancel?
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Later cancellations or non-attendance are charged at the full agreed fee.
What is My Area?
My Area is still under development. Planned features include secure messaging, goals and next steps, therapeutic homework, materials, invoices and personal documents. Access is intended to be by invitation only after a collaboration has begun.
What should I do in an acute crisis?
